Work Organization and Economic Sociology
The objective of this research area is the study of new forms of work organization, considering the impacts of organizational restructuring processes arising from the financialization of management, production and work; (i) seeking to promote the use of sociological approaches in organizational studies; (ii) further emphasizing the relevance of the symbolic-cultural dimension of the organizational scene and its isomorphic processes through the approach of Economic Sociology.
